They didn't give the G good reviews. Talk of bad brakes and overheating is not good.

I find that hard to believe! I think they had a car with a bad set of pads!

To me the biggest surprise the CTS-V was. Still hate the body work on it but the performance is verry impressive from the 4 door family car.

Surprisingly they had problem with the BMW the m did not want to shift down on command. Another fail from BMW.

It appears the I35i is slowly but surely making its way to the top of the heap. Infiniti needs to take note.

I think infiniti needs to bring out a 350z version of the G37 and then also make it a Vert!

Then their will be an upper class version to compete with the 135 BMW

But that is IMHO

The 135i is one solid, quick, well-built car. If I didn't own a G, I would have dropped money down on the spot for one at a test event.

The Cobalt, no matter how fast it goes, is still a POS. I hope that doesn't sound elitist, because I don't mean to be. If I was still driving my Chevy Tracker I would still call the Cobalt a POS...

There is a reason that the cobalt wears the "chevy" badge on it...

At least the G beat out the civic SI....ugh that would have been embarassing...

And holy crap, the Mosler hit 1.16g's around the corners....i would love to be in that car when that's happening...

Not sure if its been said but G37s have horrible brake fade on the rotors, they aren't brembos.

So If you replace the rotors then you fixed the problem?

But those calipers are huge and should do the job!

The 350 Z may have done better in that Car and Driver run. The 135i is just a three series on a diet. And then how many people will really own a top of the line 135i, when half that price can net you a usaed 350 Z and a twin turbo that will even flog an M3?

Coming from a long term Subaru person...most of us don't consider the 08+ WRX or STi in the same category. The 2007 MY was the last real impreza to most of us.

The new cars are ugly, heavy, soft, and embarrassing as you can see by reading any car mag within the last 9 months or so.

i totally agree.. im a fan of the sti (almost got one before i decided on the G35x) and when i was car hunting i was looking at the 2006-2007 models... the 08 is ugly to me... and i think subrau wimped out by going main stream... i have yet to see an 08 sti on the road yet... while i see the 05-07s all the time... But the G35 is an overall better car... if you count luxury and comfort for a daliy driver...
