1st... i'm not shure if this should be hear or in tech but f. itso i bought this car yesterday, told it over heats and that it might be a bad water pump i checked it out. i saw the lower radieator hose has a slit in it where it went in to the engin so i figured i lucked out. as soon as i fixed it i started to drive it to pick something up and as soon as i got out of my naborhood "BAM!" some how the SOB sucked up part of the wireing harness and some hoses.....well what the hell do i do now???

I'd suggest unwrapping it from the fan, for starters then see what all is damaged.

unwrap mess....reconnect wires....reconnect vacuum hoses....install fan shroud. The fan shroud is the best weapon against fan+wire damage in that area. Looks to me like you cut the harness that goes to the maf.

hoooly crap! You're going to have some fun matching up wires, make sure they get connected back together very well or you will have problems in the future. Get some zip ties or something and keep the harness out of the way.

If I remember correctly that wireing harnes also goes to the Distributor. Don't know for sure but you might want to see if you can find a firewall to engine wireing harnes. you get one bad connection and it will be a pain to track down.
