man i only had a radio for 4 months out of 4 1/2 years of owner ship

for me my Longest single shot was just last week. i drove from MD to Philadelphia and back put 500+ miles on my clutch in one SHOT. whoooo hoooo.

the night before my original turbo shaft play got out of hand. so i slapped my z31 backup on and by the time i got in Delaware, the **** began to smoke. the seals were gone. so when i got to philly i had to add oil. my engine was fine no over heating etc. made it home that night no issues. Now im looking for another turbo.

I had to drive from San Diego California to Pensacola Florida for NDI school for the Marine Corps. I made the trip in 31 hours. I was there for 4 months but while I was there I would drive every weekend to Biloxi Mississippi to hang out with my family and then drive back to Pensacola for school on monday.

San Diego to Pensacola one way - 2,023 miles

Pensacola, FL to Biloxi, MS one way - 155 miles

You do the math, but my 95 240SX SE is still rollin hard with 176,XXX on stock motor and body!!

Woot Woot!!

I did 700 miles about 3 hours after I got done putting new turbo gaskets in my S14 to get down to Nopi Nationals. Then drove 700 miles back 2 days later. Car drove perfectly and I averaged about 25mpg.

I have a 2 hour commute to school that I do about every other week. I took it a little further than that, but not much. One of the main reasons I don't go to meets is I have no way to trailer it and I can't bear to put that many miles on it.

Picked mine up in Dallas(7 hours home) then drove it to California last summer(19 hours STRAIGHT) only stopping for gas and food and maybe to rest for 20min or so. That was both ways too, including a week and a half of driving around LA and to/from SD and so forth, put close to 2000miles on it w/ in that week haha

yea bro its nothing wrong with our motors lol.. only thing i really worry about is track event. i tip to them and then unleash the furry.......... I am not really thinking about the trip home, I let it cool and creep home.

the best thing for the most part about meets are, many 240 guys are there with parts. i bring misc things that have helped other guys out such as belts and any bolt you could ever need.

Regular 150mi one way school to home and back. Got a "following too close" ticket when the Navigator in front of me slammed the brakes when he saw the cop. At least he got the speeding fine.

Longest trip so far is still my about monthly run back home from VT. About 300 miles each way, it used to push my limits, but now its not a big deal... and i don't worry about getting sleepy any more.

Some day I'll take it up to summit or VIR, then i will worry about things... But being n/a helps ease my mind on those trips.

longest trip i've done is moving from NYC to florida (ft. lauderdale south). Didn't drive the whole way. Drove from NYC to virgina (4 1/2-5hr drive at above average speed), got onto the Auto-train with the car at virginia, then got off in northern Sanford, FL and drove another 4-1/2 hrs down to Ft. Lauderdale (going at around 80-110mph the whole way). Ran like a champ.

1998 180SX Blacktop in my raggedy 92. I was really impressed with the gas mileage from my house (Fairfield) to Santa Barbara. 5 hours and 550 miles of straight driving. I made it on one tank, and the car finally died at the Chevron station in Goleta. haha.

On the way to SB, i was boosting 7psi, and on the way home, it was 13psi. On the way home, I filled up one time, and that was in San Jose (which is 45 minutes from home).

Just as long as you do a tune-up on your car and check all the vitals, you will be fine.
