Adam - Welcome aboard!

Contact one of our dealer advertisers (Pinnacle, EverythingNissan, Midway) and order the 60mm NISMO studs.

Anything less is junk, and a pain to replace.

Swapping them is pretty simple, we can walk you through that process as well.

The longer studs are still a fun project.

When it comes time to get them, be sure to order the 60mm nismo units.

What are stock length then? I need longer studs for my sons 240SX SE. He has a 300Z brake swap and the current studs are least 1/4" to 1/2" too short in my opinion...

ARP studs are way stronger than nismo studs. They will be the last studs you will ever have to buy for your car. I have a friend who crossthreaded his nismo studs while installing them.

I have ARP studs and I've driven around with loose lugnuts(oops!), putting the weight of 1/4 of the car on 4 studs. The spline on the hub broke, but the lugnuts didn't break and I was able to make it home. True testament to their strength. I swear by them.

They fit on 4 lug cars, but not the front on s14 SE's. You will have to buy open-ended lug nuts with honda thread specs though. But you can get them from any autoparts store(make sure you get the kind with the conical taper, not the spherical one).

I just called Hampton Nissan (Fort Walton Beach, FL) and was told by the parts guy that he can only get stock wheel studs @ $6 each. I told him to try the NISMO book but he insist only stock studs are available. Did I hit a useless parts guy or what?

Tried searching the NISMO catalog and a few other sites that advertise on NICO but I couldn't find any wheel studs listed. Checked the ARP website for wheel studs but Nissan isn't even listed? Now I'm totally confused...

Yes, you did. Try here.

I've got 50mm Nismo studs all around since I don't want to have thicker than 10mm sandwich type spacers. Don't you have to use open type lug nuts if you have 60mm studs with 5mm spacers or no spacer? I thought 60mm studs were bit overkill.

Thanks for the response! I ordered the 60mm NISMO studs (front & rear) and the lite-weight open end lugs. I'm pretty sure the spacers are 10mm. When I look inside the existing lugs, I see at least 1/2" of empty threads...

I know it can't be safe driving like this, one of the front studs already snapped off.

Hopefully the 60mm studs don't stick out like something out of Mad Max.. LOL!

Cool!10mm spacer should be okay and safe with Nismo studs. That's what I've heard. I have 50mm studs and 5mm spacers, but still I feel like I turn lug nuts forever when I take on and off the wheels.

Just a heads up...Ive read that the 60mm Nismo studs tend to strip at the knurl (where it attaches to the hub). The 50mm dont have this problem. Its been awhile since Ive read that, so I'd search for Nismo studs on NICO to see if guys are still having those problems.

I had no idea ARP made wheels studs...

What about Peak Performance studs? The NISMO studs I ordered were on undetermined back order so they offered Peak instead?

As far as I know, ARP, Nismo and Peak Performance studs are quality products. Haven't seen any complaints about them.
