Oh....also, Offspring/Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace

Great CD. Some pretty rough lyrics, use caution if you have young passengers.

Oh....and Theory of a Deadman/Scars and Souvenirs

Gosh I love music almost as much as cars.

I like Chevelle. and Puddle of Mudd. And Breaking Benjamin sometimes. You could get some folk music. Or listen to audio discs of the constitution. Maybe you could, move on up to some Curtis Mayfield. Or lean on something that wakes The Temptations. If the road gets rough, you can just see it as some Good Vibrations. If you get side tracked you can Shut up and Drive. And when the Eagle lands, you can feel Welcome to the Hotel California for a good nights rest.

You said dance so I would say Tiesto. Parade of Atheletes was a great CD. I still listen to it and it is great for long drives. I was a raver in the early 90's back when it was still techno so my tastes tend to be different to the newer generation. Daft Punk has come out with some new stuff recently that is really nice. Most of the new "Trendy" commercials are using Daft Punk and Benasi for a new age edge. The taste you hear in the commercials is not doing the full albums justice. I love putting on some good tunes and imagining it's my theme music for my lifes movie...lol. Of course I'm a super spy in my tricked out G...

Maybe to much partying in the 90's eh?

Lucky Bastard! I want to make that drive. Last time I attempted it, we made it to Oxnard...

It was more so a "Let's drive until we get tired". I think that was about the 3 hour point. I might wait for 2 more doors and AWD, then do the drive. Maybe go all the way up to Oregon hehehe.

p0ker RUN!

I really am jealous, but we have some pretty roads here too. No beach to the side, but beautiful trees and colorful leaves skittering around on the pavement as you drive by.

Sooooo jealous! I would love to drive that road. Your car is beautiful and sounds good.

The road we took from Vancouver to Whistler in Canada was beautiful too.

Awesome vid, very jealous. I don't think we really have anything like that here...

A lot of good suggestions so far (tool, G'n'R, etc)...On long drives I usually throw in Deftones - White Pony, as its a good CD that you don't have to skip songs on...Couple of odd balls are ATB - Long way home, Prodigy - Breathe and Marilyn Manson - New S**t
