Yo, how is everyone? Just wanted to stop in, the Z is still running strong. No issues. I ended up selling it to my buddy that helped me build it and bought myself a 06 GTO. I do miss the Z very badly.

I also just bought 2 fieros and am making one a DD, the other I have a choptop widebody and turbo caddy v8 in mind.

In flat black of course!!!

Cheers!

Nice bro!!!

I heard those GTO's are slow depending which motor you got. The bigger motor is of course a beast, but hows that compare to what youve driven? (the 45)

400hp/tq slow? No, it's not slow. It's heavy @ 3800 lbs, it's as long as a minivan and it rides really good. It handles corners decently but not like the Z. The Z is one twitchy handling machine. This is like a freight train. It will out accelerate the 45 for sure. 0-60 in 4.6sec? It launches great but it is a totally stock 6.0, totally stock. It will stay that way because I like to be able to get in it and drive it without screwing around with a rad fan or door poppers.

2 completely different machines, the GTO will never outhandle a Z32 with full suspension. But a Z with a semi-stock VH won't outrun a GTO. But the Z is funnnnnerrrer to drive for sure.

If you have a G37 and see a GTO just leave it alone.

Lol you talk about the gto like it's a z06 or something, 13.0 at 108 isn't that impressive, my rb20 fastback putting a measly 230 to the wheels pulled a 12.9 at 109. So to most 240 guys, yes it's slow. Anyways the turbo caddy motor sounds insane, keep us updated!
