clutch problem blablabh... nissan was willing to buy back my car at 100% of what i paid. is it reasonable to resell a car without stating that there were previous issues? even if the car was fixed isnt there a defect status on the car?

i dont want anyone here to buy my car without knowing the history of the vehicle.

So wait... there was a "fatal error" with your car, and as a result NISSAN bought it back before it was the canadian of "lemon law"...

Now they are selling the car, with no mention of the issues it had?

Seems grey area to me, or just outright wrong...

Maybe they "fixed" it. Is there a full disclosure law (seller must disclose all recorded issues with vehicle, such as traffic collisions) in Canada?

EXACTLY, i thought i was the only one thinking "wtf?"

i went thru hell with the car, no major problems, but may cause accidents down the road, and/or MAJOR repair bills

i dont know if they fixed the car or not, but is it legal to sell a car with known problems (therefore bought back) and now is being sold as a "must buy". Not going to confront or ask the dealership (the same dealer that was dishonest with me and where i originally bought the car).

OMG those guys at Sunridge nissan are a bunch of shady bastards.... I bought my car from there and I would drive to BC to get my car serviced before they could lay a finger on it. I dont recommend buying from that dealership. And yeah Im pretty sure they should have to disclose any major issues. If I were you I would go confront them, cause some sh*t if you can.......I would.

as much as i want to, i dont want to deal with this dealership anymore, i went thru hell just to get my car bought back, and going back there to start trouble makes me look like an a**

but im trying to spread the word to people on Nico and Beyond. im sure most dealers do the same thing, but seriously i am really angry when i KNOW exactly what the deal is with the vehicle and especially how that dealership treats customers.
