Hi all... been a while since i posted here. haven't needed to since the pulsar has been sitting in my backyard for ages. anyway Its still a work in progress and now I've found I CAN'T find the oil line fitting to the block. I use normal 3/16 (I think thats the size) brake line and fitting on the turbo but the block has a bigger threaded end.... I need this!!! anyone know where i can get one??

thanks for looking!

This link tells you how to make your own lines. The thread for the fitting you speak of should be in there somewhere.

Ive sen that before... but i dunno if it helps me to make standard tubing lines... those sizes dont apply to normal flare lines do they? I'm not looking to spend that sort of money on a oil line... not when 8 inches of brake line costs me... probably nothing to maybe a buck.

I'll investigate it a lil bit, thanks!

Well im just sick of waiting on stuff. I am buying a whole gasket set for the turbo exhuast stuff and the locking tabs. I dont like the idea of spending over $50 on a 8inch line that jsut transfers oil pressure with a brake line handles 1500psi and will cost less then $5 :)

Plus my coolant lines are fine.. i need new banjo bolts and coppers but otherwise im great!

i agree that brake line is far superior in pressure handling, i just think the SS lines are easier to work with. If you can make'em for cheaper or have a small one made for you at a local shop, i'd do that. But if you can get the stuff you need just get it done. I hate waiting for parts as well so I feel for ya lol

I found the brake lines easy to use... just bent two really short sections (easier to form that way) then joined them afterward.
Now i jsut need to come up with said banjos and flare nut... ill be golden and rollin on 14's!
