long term storage / ants

new 240sx is looking real good. southwestern car. no rust. runs well at 143k. clutch is worn out but im doing a swap so i dont care. sun damage to paint and dash. it was outside under cover in the northeast for 6 years. just wondering what issues this may cause. im planning on replacing all the hoses, belts, battery. gas stabilzer was put in tank so its ok. interior is a little stale. s14 seats going in front.

only issue i know of is this. black ants have decided to colonize in the car. the AC only blows warm air so i may have to replace the drier, fan, and clean out the vents. ive pulled those out of the wreck. i'll disassemble the dash before i trash it to become familiar with it.

so how much of a task you think im in for evicting the tenants?
