You really think so?

I am not a fan of the engine.... I am not a fan of what it does to the handling of the car.

But I do respect the power of a small block V8.

That engine has almost no mods. Compare that to even a top end RB26 and it's pretty damn close.

Ask Aries. He is a mod on NICO. He has a sick 240sx with a V8 that runs unbeleivable 1/4 miles. zer...d=702

I don't think anyone on this board has an RB that is faster than Aries LS1.

Anyhow... just keep your mind open.

contrary to popular belief of the "heavy domestic v8s", the ls1 is not that heavy. it does not kill the weight distribution either. aluminum block, aluminum heads. an ls1 swapped rx7 weighs about 20 lbs more than stock from what i have read.

i'm sure that car is no worse weight dist. wise than RB swapped 240s, maybe even better. its a decent looking swap, now the paint i could do without

get your head out of your ***a 350whp/wtq all aluminum V8 would destroy almost every RB powered 240 on here.

just because its a v8 dosent mean its slow or inefficent. the LS1 is an amazing engine. im locking this thread because its stupid and serves no purpose related to RB's.
