Logon Problems:Webmaster Please Read

Over the last couple of weeks, I have noticed a reoccuring problem getting logged onto the site. If I am browsing the forums but not already logged on, then go to reply to a post, I am prompted for my user name and password. So far, so good. After I enter my user name and password, I get an HTML error page.

The only way that I can successfully logon is to go to the Home page, and type my username and password into the applet provided on the right hand side of the screen.

This problem only happens from computers where I have not logged on before, and not cached my credentials. Ie, from one of my client's, when I am bored waiting for software to install and want to read the NICO forums. My account works fine from home.

thses log-on issues (and worse) do happen on vbulletins on occaision.

generally clearing out all cookies and temp internet files solves them.
