I know various parts of this have been discussed but I think it would be nice to have a comprehensive list of PM items by mileage and expected repair items and associated mileage ranges things could be expected to fail.

Here is my own history

Car purchased in Oct 2003 with 76,000 miles. It has now done 90,000 and here is what I have done

1. New fuel pump and filter2. Engine, transmission, Diff fluids replaced with Mobil 13. transmission flushed twice4. Power steering flushed and refilled5. Coolant flushed and replaced6. Ignition plugs replaced7. New TCS relay8. New OEM brake pads9. New front upper links and tension rods10. New front sway bar bushings11. New rear swat bar bushings12. Recharged 9 active suspension accumulators13. One injector replaced14. One under plenum vacuum hose replaced15. Fuel rail flush and TB clean16. 4 new 235, 60, 15 inch Michelan Pilots17. 4 new 215, 65, 15 inch Pirelli Winter sports for the winter season18. Full interior and exterior detail including ozone treatment 19. Zeibart treatment 20. Wheel / Tires Hunter 9700S balanced21. 4 wheel alignment22. Air / Oil filters changed regularly23. New interior OEM mats24. Used Clarion 6 CD changer25. Minor cosmetic body work

Despive all of this I still have still not reached the standard this car deserves. See other posts today. Basically I have engine runability issues and noises and bumps from the suspension.

Also I have a valve cover gasket leak and I noticed yesterday the steering wheel was vibrating at about 70 mph. It looks like I need a few more thousand investment in the new year to get to a level of reliable stability.

If you read my active post I am concerned that I don't seem to be able to get the bump absorption at the rear that I know this car is capable of. Concerns are possible strut actuator failure and possible rear subframe mounts

I think youve done good so far....

In my experiencing a vibrating steering wheel is probably the rotors...

I really think you are VERY close to achieving perfection.. Some of the things your dealing with are beyond me... however, something to note.. I dontknow about those subframe bushings... I konw that dennis is perfectionist sort, but in all honesty, i dont think you would notice any difference.. I know its PM and all that sort of thing, dennis would know the difference..... But I think your problems as far as that knocking are more than the subframe bushings..
