Loctite Rust Remedy??

Has anyone used this or know of anything that does work on rust?

there was a thread a while back on here where someone mixed ATF and acetone 1:1 and it worked really well for the person. quote me if im wrong.

Are you trying to paint or prevent rust? If the temperature is too high(like exhaust) you will need special paint or another type of coating. I havenot heard of anything that will stick to exhaust pipes but somebody onthe thread might know of something.

nope not the exhaust... My rear fender about the wheel and along the frame on the passenger's side
