Locking plate part number?

Was about to install tien tie rods, wanted to get replacement Locking plate, wondered if there is a part number to get it from nissan or part store?

Are you talking about the piece that surrounds the end of the inner tie rod? Also, more information on the car would be great.

Don't bother with the locking plate.

Just use loc-tite, and torque the rod down properly. It won't slip.
