Lock Nut on Inner Tie Rod

I am replacing my inner tie rods and and to bend this lock nut/washer thing to get it off. Do I replace it or just try to bend it back? No parts stores have them and I am guessing that I'll have to go to dealer tomorrow. Any suggestions?
