Lock cargo basket?

Hi, I was wondering if yall had a easy and affordable solution to lock a cargo basket to your roof racks? I know yakima makes locks but I can't afford to shell out that kinda money. I'm lookin for a simple hardware store solution.

Are you trying to make sure the cargo basket doesn't walk off, or that the contents of the cargo basket doesn't walk off?

just the cargo basket.. since 4 u bolts take like 1 min to loosen up
