location of hoses

1. where should i connect the brake booster hose to, to the intake manifold.

2. location of the heater hose on the block.

3.i got this hose that comes behind the block and goes toward the brake booster and then forward to the intake. its about almost a 1inch in diameter and i believe about 10inch long. i dont what it's for, should i cap it?
