On my '91 KA24DE 240sx, the headlight motors do not work. I checked everything except for the fuse link, which i can't find. If anybody knows where the fuse link is from the battery to the retractable headlight motor relay switch is please send a pic or description where.

P.S. I also replaced ECU of the engine wiring harness (Covered by plastic interior on right side of floor of passenger side) and forgot how to place back in, pictures or a description of this would be appreciated.

Hmm, don't recall a fusible link for the headlights. If it were there, it'd be in the fuse box on the passenger side of the engine bay. There are fuses for the headlights though.

The wiring harness: You talking about that weird I guess, kinda steeper bent L shaped plastic piece? If so, the way I dealt with that one was by undoing the electrical tape around it, taking it off the harness, lifting it over my head, running to the trash can and then for the grand finale, heaving it in there. Oops, forgot one other step, rewrap the harness.

Sorry i didn't make to much sense or provide enough info i geuss, for the headlight motors i was looking at wiring diagrams in a chilton manual i have for it and my headlights motors are more similiar to a stanza it seems because i have found 4 relay switches out of 6 for the stanza and a 240sx has i believe only 1. The relay switch next to the battery though for headlight motors is suppose to be hot at all times on switch number 6 (a brown wire) and it wasnt and the only thing that can cause the problem is a fuse link between the battery and the relay switch or the wire itself.

As for the ECU and wiring harness i forgot how to place the ECU back in so it was secure, im not having problems with the wiring harness.
