Local sr swap houses

I've got a '91 240 and am planning to do the the famous sr-swap (redtop). Alot of the shops I've found are in Ohio, NY, CA - far from my podunk little town of chattanooga, TN. Anybody know a place in the south east that sells and installs sr20dets? Surely there is someplace in Atlanta or Birmingham that do this, right? So far I have 2500 and plan on having 5k by the end of the summer to do the swap. A caveat is that I'll have to do a auto-manual conversion also since my car came as an automatic. Thanks.

Thanks for the info but all-told the swap is going to cost me the whole 5k - I was hoping to have some left over to do a few more mods - like maybe 4k for the swap and a grand left over. I will, however, pay for the piece of mind of having a shop do it - I would just like to know if there are shops that do it cheaper

I thought I remember coming across one in Cincinnati - I'm not sure because once I found out where it was I didn't book-mark it. Then again I could be completely mistaken :rolleyes . I'm still looking around, If I come by it again I drop you a message. Perhaps while I have your attention I could ask a question of my own. I'm deciding between an s13 with an upgraded turbo (the T28) and the s14. My goal is eventually 300HP. Could I get that out of a stock s14 with a new intercooler/exhaust system and boost controller( T28 at about 15psi )? How much harder would it be to get it out of a s13?
