Created by mainly NC State students... this is the greatest work of shenaniganry i've seen in a long while. Plus they used Colonel Angus. What happened was, News 14 is owned by Time Warner Cable, which is owned by AOL. They're too cheap to hire people, so it had a self-adding database online. Hilarity ensued.

Thats the thing though, they didn't hack anything. They just made up a bogus 'company' and then put in an 'announcement' throough the sanctioned CH14 website.

I don't know... it is kind of a good sign I think. We've become important enough for a hacker to take notice. And for every 1 A-hole that hacks us... the site has helped thousands.
