That is a perfect example of why I refuse to take my car to any type of shop to have work done! You guys think this girl is an idiot for not knowing this stuff, but the reality is most women are raised with Dad or big brother taking care of their vehicles. They honestly don't know anything about cars.

thank you so very much for that laugh.....and this is why i won't let my mom or my girlfriend deal with mechanics....but the thing that got me was regardless of what she know about cars.....$60 to put a cigarette lighter in? LOL
