WE testing some different fans and Custom bumpers to allow more air flow will advise on the progress....

I really dont feel its an airflow issue anymore...

I took the car to a certified radiator specialist that has been in business for over 50 years..

The owner kept my car for an entire day to run diagnostic tests...

They feel its either a weak waterpump (perhaps blades on pump are worn) or bad headgasket...

As for now, we are feeling its more towards a waterpump problem...

Mack, can you please send me that N1 we discussed. If that's not it, I will send it back...

Hey Man,

I'm still not sure. We built a box that seals the radiator to the intercooler. Pretty much prevents any air loss, and this really helped tons..

On the bottom of the box, we put a air scoop that forces air into the box...

The motor still runs hot IMO, about 210F off boost and 220F on boost...

That's still about 30 degrees hotter than I'd prefer...

We are still looking at all the options, but I don't feel it's a bad headgasket...

I think that there is a possibility however there is some sort of blockage in the radiator, as the motor wasn't flushed before it was sent to us..and I have flushed lots of grime from that block since then..
