One of the nice things about living in the cradle of NASCAR civilization is the generally friendly attitude towards all things automotive (well, except-right hand turns).
Pulled up to the gas pump the other day and saw this...
...kinda funny when I hear members talk about the semi-difficult time they have getting/finding 91 octane when 93 is all over where I live, and now 100 is available at the pump too.

WOW! How much was it a gallon? Did you fill'r up?
I have always liked car things and car people. My sister has a condo south of Daytona that is near the original part of the race track. The original Daytona 500 was run partially on the sand beach! There is a bar that is where the north turn was. I think it is the name of the bar. All kinds of cool race memorabilia. I just love that kind of stuff.
We have a cool restaurant here called the Fill'n Station. It is right next to a huge Harley Davidson dealership. The whole restaurant is automotive memorabilia. Even the napkins are shop towels. Fun place.
