As some of you all read before I was having a guy in Indiana make me a new manifold for my T4 after the Ebay ones I purchased shattered in half. (which I figured would happen but Im getting a full refund from the seller)

Anyways he finished the manifold today and got allt he angles off the old manifolds to match up so i wouldnt have to mod my JPipe or Wastegate.

Heres the results. (He welded the Waste gate flange up so it would be supported)

You should have him weld a support between the turbo flange and the head flange

Wouldn't one have clearance issues with the wastegate mounted on the side like that?

Clearance with what? It fit fine before and the measurements are the same from my old manifold to my new one. I had about 2 inches between the Top of the wastegate and the fenderwell and I bent my dump tube to clear the powersteering rack by 3 inches.I didnt have to many clearance issues. My issue was cheap ebay manifolds

Strut tower/Fenderwell? I have no clearance issues. None Zip Zero Nada

If it had clearance issues before I wouldnt have had him take the measurements off the old manifold. Just saying.

No Im going Wensday to St Louis then tuning Friday so I will have numbers then. My buddy has bigger injectors and cams so he should be putting down much more than me but Im aiming for 300 or so.
