Little too close

so... I mounted my 300z wheels w/ 225-50-ZR16 tireslooks a LITTLE close, anyone with experience know if this is normal to expect... I should be getting a cheap set of spacers from a friend to make these fit a smidge better... lol

old vs new >: )





they accually dont touch, but they will rub if i push on the tire... however their not filled fully w/ air either.



very little light passes thru...



after the wheels removed, light scuffs... (just was turning the wheel on the lift)

The Z wheels have a high + offset and are an inch wider than stock. You will want to run something like a 10mm or greater spacer.

A guy here with S14 spindles on his s13(complete with hand-guided redrill of strut) came to me with a similar problem.

225 on front fit about as well as it does for you, 205/55-16 on front fit perfectly. The wheel clears OK, the wider tire is your limiting factor.
