Little Nissan from Organ Transplant and the G Now Has Great Legs

My little nissan is back from its organn transplant. She now has a used transmission, a new water pump and thermostat, a new oil seal and a new clutch system---disk, plate, throw-out bearing. She is now driving excellently, quietly, and in great shape. I love this little car. In fact, she is so quiet now, that I have a had time hearing the engine run.

Then, the G received two new rear Toyo Proxes T1R tires, an RP oil change and a differential oil change (Pennzoil 80w-90, GL5---2 bottles). She also drives great as well. I love the G also.

So, both cars are in excellent condition for the rest of the year. However, I may have to replace the fron rotors and brakes of the G and the rear pads.

NOTE! I bought the G tires froms Tiredeals4less, on line. It took exactly two days, ground shipping, to get to me. Actually, it was probably less than two days, since I ordered the tires on Wednesday afternoon, and then received it by Friday evening. This is the best site to buy tires.

I just checked out that tire site for tires on the wifes Xterra. Not impressed. They are $3.00 more a tire and $80.00 more on shipping then TireRack.

But I am glad the little nissan is back to 100% again.

I ordered some Toyo T1R's from them for my Sentra. The tires were back ordered but they sent me tracking information instead. So finally a week later the tires arrive. I check the manufacture date on these "new" tires and they are almost 4yrs old. I called them up, said these tires would not be going on my car and they sent me prepaid fedex shipping label and they were sent back.

I then ordered my tires from treadepot.com. These tires were at least manufactured in 2007.

What is the manufacture date on your tires, Jacko?
