little headlight bulb. g37

hey, i do not own a g37 but my friend does and he needs me to find out how to change that little peanut bulb in the headlight closest to the grill, i bought the bulb for him but i just need to know how to take out the headlight or change the bullbs if anyone can help it would be awsome thanks...
