little fan wires for the radaitor were cut in front of my 240 .... help help
ok when i bought the car 4 months ago i real didnt notice it cause the weather was cool... now that summer is coming my car is heating up on long trips back and forth to work..... so i stop and checked everything like starting the car with the cap off to see if the fluid was flowing and yes it was then i checked to see if the thermastat was work and i saw the engine heating up and then cooling down... it was almost up to the top and then going to the forth notch on the dash.... but the big catch is my radaitor resovior tank is missing and i know i need to replace it but would the the fan being cut make it heat up like that...

Anyways, the fan is a big part to a car. Helps cool radiator fluid. If your fan does not operate then yea that is a major problem. Get it working. I'm assuming when you are driving 55+ it doesnt get super hot. But when driving around town stop and go it does. Then yea, fix your fan!

okay thanks, but usually what notch does it begin to come on. I 'm am working on it now so i could use any advice from any one at this moment.
