little bit of help please....

hello, i recently purchased my 240 and found it to be a bad one... but since i love 240s i will rebuild this one from wrecker worthy to track worthy with your guys help i hope.

i have a few problems but since im only a bit mechanicly inclined im gonna post in a bulk list whats wrong and if you can help then please do.(I have searched but nothing has really awnsered my questions or im just not searching the right words)

I have a 1992 240SX LE(coupe) Ka24de with 255,000Km Auto

problems.

Idle - The idle pings around 700 when i start it but then it stalls and dies, even when i can manage to get her going. to keep her from stalling i have to hold the brake and rev the gas and then when i let off the brake the tires squel at me and she stalls again. like i shocked my friends who have civics that idle at 1500 when i told them 700 should be normal they kinda disbeleived me but it is normal.. right....

Speedo - i have a digital Speedo(with heads up display that i cant wait till i fix.) and shes not working. like neither the HID or the in dash one work, maybe wiring or fuse?

Electical - when i take the keys out of the ignition the dash and shifter (PRND12) lights blink and flutter and the brake acutator humms unless i press in the brake(ABS?) i have to disconnect the battery or im afraid of a fire.

Suspesion - im guessing the suspension is shot cause the front tires rub the inside and there stock rim with almost no tread on the rubber.

there are more problems but these are priority

as a final note. i do plan to do a rebuild or swap soon but i need the car to run so i can get the body mint before i check the budget for the new motor so any help will be greatly appreciated
