lit sleepy lights dont work properly!

i followed every step on the write ups. everything works untill i go to turn the lights on while they are half way up, when i turn the switch the light turn on and go up... tried all sorts of combinations with the switch and buttons, but same results. can someone help me.?

Same here.. I cant turn on the lights while the is half way. Any idea?
