So here's a bit of an odd one. My '94 Q has been running almost flawlessly since I got it, but on two occasions now there has been a bit of a weird event. The ABS light will come on, and stay on for a couple days until a day comes when I shut the car off and there's a loud buzzing sound coming from where I believe the master cylinder is.
Interestingly enough, when I disconnect the battery and leave it for a couple hours and reconnect - the problem goes away and the car's back to absolutely normal. The first time this happened it was normal for about eight months, and the second time just happened a couple days ago.
What I wonder is if it has anything to do with the fact I just took it through a touchless car wash with an underbody spray, because I had to take my car out in the snow for once. The next time I started the car after the washing was when the problem popped up.
Anyone have thoughts on this one?
