Apparently you needed the help. With a few shops all telling you the same thing, maybe you should actually listen to them.

Oh, hey great idea. However, I find one flaw, 3 out of four shops thought it was a toyota and said the head was cracked (obviously, it isn't.) And as for the last shop, they said it was the turbo, and if you read the original thread I posted, my car is indeed, not a turbo.

So you actually haven't taken the car to anyone?

Your original post says NA VG30ET. The "T" in "VG30ET" means TURBO.

And you can buy a spool of 50ft of vacuum hose for about $30. It's more than enough to completely redo all the vacuum lines. And since the car is 20 years old, you should probably replace them all anyway.

Just replace the hoses and see if that fixes it.

Is there any definite answer? Not without someone actually looking at your car. And it sounds like you've not actually done that.

Thank you for the input (Honestly). The "T" in the original post was a typo.

One more quick question: do you know where the factory bose stereo amplifier is located?

Z31s don't have Bose anything.
