Now I wear couple, even at work with very slight levels. But what you wear, and what smells good to you doesn't quiet feel the same to people around you. People with allergies, and in general people are annoyed when you suffocate them.

Now basic rule of thumb for men is 1-2 sprays (overall total) on hot spots, neck, back of ears, wrists.

Considering the heterosexuals, we wear cologne for the opposite sex. Having said that, up to this day I haven't noticed a difference in reaction from the opposite sex, while wearing different kinds of cologne. Reason I brought this up, this french lady manager at work (not my boss) is driving me simply crazy. Young, perfect shape, smells great all the time, and provides me with great views talking down to me while I am at my desk. She standing up, simply all logic goes out the window!! Can't help it.

So what is a good type of smell that is admirable to ladies? Musculine cologne with sharp taste or fruity type summer smells?

Besides that what is a good elegant cologne, for work? Night out? Sport/Day/Ski resort night/working 16 hours a day with your hot lady boss ??

Ladies, you are welcome to have a say, after all it is all for you. To this day I have no idea what works? Expensive, Musculine, Fruity, Fresh summer??

my favorites so far are:Lauder for MenArmani Mania

That Armani is pretty good stuff.

Anything by Ralph Lauren smells pretty decent.

Heres some good advise take a woman shopping with you when you buy colognes.

And +1 for spelling it right

*taking notes*

i've always just used cool water, but ever since i've noticed it got played out, i stopped wearing it. i wear a really cheap cologne for work, nautica longitude latitude and i've gotten a few compliments on it. the only bad comment on it came from a girl i pissed off and said its cheap cologne. well i did buy it for work and it only costs 10 dollars, wtf did you expect btch?

I don't like cologne on a man, most of it makes me ill. I personally like the smell of most guy deodorants (they are usually scented enough to not need a cologne) and fresh laundered clothes (and someone that took a shower). But then again I know there's a lot of females out there that go ape**** over guys that reek of cologne.

irish spring soap (the blue one) paired with irish spring scented deodorant will ensure that you smell good and clean for hours. cologne, pssh, i stopped wearing that on a regular basis when high school ended.
