List of all the sensor readings in 1990 300ZX NA

I purchased a consult to connect to my 300ZX. Using ECUTalk software, I can see all the current readings for each sensor.
Is there a comprehensive list of each sensor along with what the sensors function is and what the appropriate reading for each sensor should be?
(For example, what should the correct reading be for the Injector and Injector RH? What about the AAC, Duty Cycle, Duty Cycle RH, A/F Alpha...etc etc.)? You get the idea.
Thanks for any help you can give so that I can understand what my 300ZX is doing when I see the readings on my laptop.

I believe that the online service manual contains all readings in the repair sections, at least the ones I've ever needed, and perhaps even an overall chart although I have never searched for that myself.
