liquid in the spark plug?

my motor is sittin on my car port right now, ive had it for a while and i was looking at the other day(just like i do everyday;) ) and i decided to take out the plug wires, just for the helll of it i guess. i looked down inside the first 3 holes and they looked good, when i got to the 4th one down inside was a darkish yellowish liquid and white foamy crap. the spark plug was just sitting down in the stuff, i didnt realy have a smell, i dont think it was oil and i have no idea what the foam stuff was? im guessing its not good, anyone have any idea of what it is, what it means?

coolant? blown headgasket?

hhmm, it might have been coolant now that i think about it, that means a blown head gasket maybe?? i hope not...any other ideas?

Mountain dew? J/K. Seriously it does sound like head gasket with the colors you described-oil and coolant. Its time to do a little more investigation. Check your oil and coolant in the radiator. If you have any suspisions about coolant in your oil than drain the block and take a closer look. I hope not for yoursake.

i dont have a radiator, i got the motor sitting out by itself , its not in a car. the dipstick shows no oil either so right now i need to find a shop around here that specializes in sr20's, for the installation in the next couple of months and to look at it now to see what else needs to be replaced while its out of the car i guess, anybody know any good shops in the Virginia area??

I had the same stuff in my fourth well also. I cleaned it out and the car has run fine since for about the past month. Leak down test was fine. Sometimes, I have heard, water and other such crap can get in during shipping.

i have the same problem.....i have have stuff in my 2nd spark plug....its dark yellow ish and it smells like oil.....i hope to god i dont have a blown head gasket b/c i just bought this car. but the car runs fine....so i have no clue what it is...
