Hi i have a question about the wheels that i want to buy. I want to buy teh XXR 006 17x9 +20 but they dont have teh lip color i wanted. So i was wandering if i can paint teh chrome lip of teh xxr 006 blue. I am sorry if this is a very simple and obvious question/answer but that is why i am asking. Thank you for your time

you can do anything you want with them. Scuff the surface, mask what you don't want painted, paint it (if you have runs smooth it out with some high grit sand paper) clear and went sand it. That's pretty vague but there are a few threads with info on painting wheels on the site just search around if you need more thorough instruction.

Good Luck!

I don't see why any paint shop wouldn't do it

If you have a shop do it for you, you'll be looking at like $150 for a set of wheels I believe.
Just do it yourself and save money/gain experience. If it's a chrome lip though you should sand it properly to have a rough surface and get some good white metal primer and 2 cans of clear and you're set.
It takes one afternoon.
