Linear springs: which one to get for S14? whiteline, rsr, ST?

From reading the different threads, everyone seems to like their springs.

So which offers the best bang for the buck? Has anyone driven in cars equiped w/ them back to back to give a fair comparison? I dont really care much for the drop, i just want better handling. I autox'ed once and plan to do it again.

RSR"Down" spring - 3.8kg/mm front, 3.0kg/mm rear"Race" spring - 5.0kg/mm front!, 4.2kg/mm rear!, LINEAR!!!!
