Hey i was just wondering what the limmitations of the VQ35 engine are if anyone knows sqecifics or even a pretty good estimate? The reason i was wondering this is because im looking into supercharging my 06 350Z and from what ive seen what looks like some of the best kits are putting out about 7-8 PSI of boost to the engine, what i want to make sure of while doing this is that i dont put to much pressure on the stock engine. I am just wondering the pressure limmitations becuase i am hopping to supercharge it without changing any inturnals of the engine if this is possible to do while still safely keeping the engine at a good oparating pressure? I am kind of new to all of this so if any of this is put wrong or anyone can tell me anything about this or superchargers in general i would greatly appriciate it.

did you not read the responces to your question the first time you asked it just a few topics down? fwiw about 400 whp on stock internals is abotu the safe limit, most kits, sc and turbo tend to top out abotu there, and it's not a question of how much boost it can take, it's a question of how many lbs/min, 10 psi of boost from a t25 is not the same as 10 psi form a t3, this can be confusing but thts why the manufacturers put together these kits to work well and be safe, if everyone using their kit pops their motor, people will stop buying them, vortech, pro charger, hks and stillen all offer sc kits, aps, jwt, and greddy all offer turbo kits, I'm sure I missed a few but the point is if you buy any of the kits form any of these manufacturers, they will be set at a safe operating level, if you upgrade from there, you accept the risk
