In the new Sport Compact Car they had a JEGS supliment catalog and a couple items caught my eye because I haven't heard of anyone using them before. So, have you/do you/would you use these 2 products and what do you think about them.

Nico General Chat is non-car related. This should be in the 240sx general chat. As for opinions on those products, please use the search function, I found a good page of threads regarding the Phantom Grip.

As for the Griffin radiator, no posts have been made, but you could certainly ask in the KA/SR/RB forums and see if anyone has used it since it is a performance radiator.

Moved for relevance, and I can't say anything about the particular items, but Jegs has a decent enough rep, that i would be willing to give them a try, unless someone had a personal experience otherwise.

That's why I'm asking. And I put it in Gen Chat because those items are not car-specific. Yes I am wondering about them for the 240 but they are availible for all makes/ models. So anyone out there with something other then a 240 could chime in.

Skydragoness - NICO General General topic discussions - Not car-specific. Not specific and not related are two totally different things.

So now its in the 240 section ppl out there that may have been interested in it for the sentra or the maxima will never see it.

Er, Nico general is 'non-car related' meaning, stuff that doesn't have to do with cars goes there. Now the parts your are looking at are not model specific, but since you have a 240, they are 240-related and would fit fine here in this forum. Actually, the 5min search i conducted on NICO for the Griffin radiator turned up a few posts but no actual topic titles by the product name.

You should probably get some replies here though (maybe would've been better if you asked about the Griffin radiator in a separate thread, so people who own one could chime in?)

Where does it say not car related? It was a general question not about any specific car. Just needed some opinions on the product. Thats all. Nothing more nothing less. If I wanted to hear what just the 240 ppl thought iI would have put it here myself.

Simple interpretation ...

Gen Chat is intended to not be about cars (Not car-specific), where sometimes that "description" is interpreted as not being about a specific car.

In all honest, you'll get more relevant (though possibly fewer overall ) responses in the 240 sub-forum.

Then how about the guy wanting pics of an empty engine bay of a 240 and a Z32. Its in gen chat. And its really car specific. Wouldn't he also get better results in the 240 or Z Car sub forum?

Here's a link to a thread with links to threads about Phantom Grips zerothread?id=139868. From what I've read the Phantom Grip is great for drag racing but absolutely sucks for drifting and auto-x. For more information on LSDs for the 240sx refer to here. http://www.ka24development.com/vlsd.htmlAs for the radiator, I've never heard of them. If your interested in getting a new radiator check out Koyo Radiators.
