I disagree...who said it sounds butt? You just have to make sure the sub you put in it is getting the air space it needs. You can also stuff some polyfill in the box to simulate extra air space.

Keep in mind too that it is only holding 10" woofers, which arent going to sound nearly as low as 12" no matter where you put them. I think it has a nice crisp, clean sound. I also listen to ALL types of music so I dont need my trunk to blast open with every song...but I do love my bass.

To OP, how did the plastidip go on the wheels? Tough process?

Did you spray them with the tires mounted? Im curious as to how it will hold up over time...looks like a pretty even coating though.

i literally just took the wheels off the car and sprayed with the tires on, but i just taped off the tires. once i got to the last one i got lazy and didnt feel like tapping so i sprayed the tire and all and before it dried complelty i peeled it off the tires.
laying the wheel flat seems to be the best it prevents major runs.

Honestly just build your own. I have all of the dimensions in a document, let me know if you want them.

Lets see some more pics of that Plastidip! I might have to do this to my stockers...

I think I'm going to have to try the plasti dip myself.... Have to cover up my stockers... How many cans of plasti dip did you use? Any clear coat afterwards?

Hmmm...makes me wonder if we could plastic dip our summer wheels and use them as winter rims and when spring comes just peel them off.

The plastic dip sounds pretty enticing to do to my coupe. I do have a question though about your LED strips. Are they more so for show than use? I've been considering getting a set that is bright enough to be used as driving/fog lights for looks and use.

No I don't have fogs. It's either buy the fogs off ebay and install them. Or go this route and be cheaper.

For the amount of cans i bought 2 but messed up on one wheel so had to buy another. so i guess three. its not hard i just messed up because i got something stuck in the paint so i peeled it off after it started to dry and took a chunck out. it may be impossible to touch it up, cause it wont look right. i also did not use a clear coat and neither did my friend and there holding up well. leds are just for show and look wierd if on with the fogs. If you do go and buy fogs off of ebay i think zomk speed was pretty good the guy that installed mine attached them to my auto lights so its good.

A lot cheaper for the led strips. i paid somewhere around 44 for the strips themselves. i also bought fogs off ebay the zomk speed ones for 66 shiped. the h8 bulbs which i bought from ddm witch is another 40.it comes with the factory switch which i like and can be wired to auto on auto off and has more affective light. I paid 250 for my fogs install led strips and a light bar behind my grill which changes my grille diffrent colors.
