I'm looking for springs w/ a 2 inch drop. Intrax has some but they say it excludes the vert. What are my options, and if the Intrax springs will work, are they decent? I'm very close to completion and I'll post pics soon. Thank you for any help you can give

try a search, its been covered, anything that fits the coupe will fit the vert. Since it weighs more it will be a bit lower, especially in the back.

2" drop will mean that your stock shocks (if still good) will need replaced with something designed for use on a lowered car (kyb AGX, koni adjustables, possibly tokico illumina, etc, which are at least $400 for a set of four), and you'll probably need extra camber adjustability front and rear to keep the edge of your tires from wearing hard, which is around $150 for the front camber plates (make sure you get ones with spacers for use with struts like cusco or KTS) and camber arms for the rear (no name ebay is $120 plus shipping).

On top of all of that, you will probably find that a 2" drop leaves you with very little suspension travel, especially for street use, and it won't leave you with enough front and rear clearance to get into parking lots.

You may just want to save up and get coilovers, so you can try it slammed but raise it back up if you change your mind. In addition the coilovers will probably come with front camber adjustment and adjustable shocks, plus the ability to easily and cheaply swap coils for different spring rates. However, coilovers come with their own pitfalls such as reduced wheel/tire clearance up front, so you might want to try and ride in some cars with different setups and search the forums for user experience before you plunk down a wad of cash on either setup.

Thanks , I've decided two check my wheel fitment first before I choose a ride height. My (17/8) 5 zigen wheels showed up today,I'll get them on and see. But I think I'm going with HKS coilovers. Once again thank you
