lil help please..

i have a 95 240 with a ka.. intake and exhaust thats about it.. ok so here goes i was driving home the other day and my car started acting weird it started poppin and spitting. just to get it home i had to put it in neautral when i stopped and keep a constant high idle to it.. once i got it home it died and couldnt get it to start.. i have been told that its either my maf or my dizzy.. any input would help a lot thanks.

Doubt its MAF. Check spark plugs/wires/distributor. Sounds more likely. O2 sensor maybe? Let us know.

o2 sensor will not cause a no start condition. Check your basics, do you have fuel? Do you have spark? Check your ECU for codes. Also make sure you have no intake leaks after the MAF.

well we got it started by drying off the spark plugs and then heating up the coil element on the inside of the distributor.. and checked fuel its a constant ful pressure even with the car running like crap.. so i will try new plugs and wires bc it looked as if i was good spark when i pulled #1 and put it to the manifold stud.

Hey man i had the same problem with my old ka my plug wire in cylinder #3 kept poping out when i replace spark plugs,cap,and plugs it fix the problem hope this helps
