Helluva find Wes.

I was in need of some tires, so for the price of 4 new 16 inch tires, I got 18 inch wheels and tires.

Hopefully those tires are the correct size/rating for the Q...

They look a bit skinny to me... I doubt those are 255/40

How are your tires? Is there an outer lip for balancing weights? And whats your price?

Nice URL, that fits me perfectly

Tires are gone, basically just put on so the car could be moved from A to B. I haven't had a chance to examine the wheels closely, they do have some road rash on a few of them, I think

I'll take some PICS next time I visit my mechanic, which should be this week, assuming my known good TCU arrives.

They are identical to these rimshttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...=WDVW

I haven't examined them closely since the car arrived. I'll take some pics for you

Well you've piqued my interest. Looks like there's an outer lip for balancing weights, and all-season 16" tires are getting cheaper.

They are nice rims, check out the mag article on my car to see how they look installed

I like them, and was going to keep them, until Wes posted up this link

I'll get you some pics this week.

Now, I'm trying to decide on an 18 inch tire

Based on my searching seems the optimal size is 255/40/18.. Not too many choices in ZR 18.

Toyos have nice load handling ratings

Any thoughts on these?

Expensive in terms of paying X dollar amount for Y tires.. YES, but expensive in terms of the competition NO

The pilot sports, bridgestones, yokohamas are all pushing 300+

The R32 GTR brakes will look sexy behind them as well

Man, that was a sweet sight. Three Qs in a row. Wes's was still running. Mine wasn't bucking and idling funny.

Ryan... do you have center caps?

Good catch, but not the same rims as Freds.

Fred's are much beefier through the spokes (but also somewhat heavy). These might just be an updated version of them.

Very hot looking wheels.

255/40ZR18 is the choice - Ryan, give Tire Rack a shot at pricing them out for you.
