I am looking for a lightened flywheel for my truck, does anyone know where i can buy one from?

My first thought would be a 240sx or even a 280zx one. I don't know how many teeth they have, though, just something to ask about.

Have a machine shop lighten one up for you. Get a junk yard FW from another truck.

Are there any issues with removing material like that, or is it just really over-built to begin with? Another thing, are our flywheels cast iron or steel?

Just don't go wild taking material off and you should be ok.
