Hey folks,

Recently, I replaced the crank pulley on my 2010 Altima SR. I got the part from Stillen. They had promotion going on for the month of March and the belt came included with no extra charge. What a difference!!! with the new pulley.... Now, I see there are some options for different makes and models and I wonder if I can find lightweight alternator and power steering pulleys as well. Have been researching but nothing comes up for my car. So the question is, do you guys know where can I look for these parts? Do they even exist? I see online the there are some kits on the market and all three come together, which is pretty sweet. But since I have the crankshaft pulley already I need only the other two. Any ideas?

Thank you

What kind of impact did it make in response?

You may need to call the company offering the package deal and see if you can buy individual.

Sorry it may came out unclear. Those kits I saw are not for Altima. They are for different makes and models, and for older vehicles. I actually called couple of them to ask but no luck.

About the response... At the beginning I was not sure what to look for. Before the installation there was a knock when the car shifts from 1st to 2nd gear, and back. It felt like a gap between the gears. Really don't know how to describe it. However, overall there was nothing wrong with the car itself. Also, the same when I depress the gas pedal and release it on low RPM. It just did not feel right and natural. With the new pulley all this is gone. Shifting is much smoother. In addition, the car pulls stronger when I take off. Definitely the response is better. I will pay closer attention when I UpRev tune it in the next few weeks.
