I was just going through my list of things I still need to get my engine finished and on my list is a Fidanza 11lbs flywheel. I know the lighter weight will allow my engine to rev quicker and aide in top end power, but what if I have high compression? Won't I need the extra mass to keep my engine smooth?

Just a question I didn't think about until now.

You should be fine with high compression and the Fidanza, i ran my KA with one for a long time however mine was stock compression. I don't see any reverse affects from running one with a high compression setup.
