So, as the title suggests, I'm interested to see how many people have had issues after installing a lightweight crank pulley (UR or ASP), including front main seal leaks up to serious internal engine damage.

If you've had issues, please expound on what they are and how long it took them to manifest after your pulley installation.

I think this should be interesting for the NICO folks looking at ASP or UR pullies.

Thanks!

I had the UR crank pulley on my ka for 3 years with no issues at all.But few days after i intsalled it.Oil was leaking out.It was just the front main seal.so i had to take the pulley out agian to intsall the new seal.which i sould have done when i intsalled it the first time.Id say get the pulley i notice a small gain in power, and the motor revved up faster, just go to nissan and get the new seal.

ASP pulley on 2 engines so far. No issues. And yes if you change out the pulley replace the front seal, it'll probably already be leaking.
