I was wondering how to make my yellow two lights in a front... (on a bumper not fender)make them white? I see many cars here have it done it.does it require a hard job? or i need to buy them?if I have to buy them, where do i buy them at?

and how to make my taillights... darkish.. like smokey black.other people do there.

O yea and with those two lights modification, would I pass inspection?I live in PA fyi.

yeah buy clear turnsignals but make sure you use yellow bulbs and it should pass inspection. as for smoking your tails you can buy them but they are usually expensive, or you could buy that smoke spray to do it yourself. either way they are supposed to be dot approved but they should at least be as visible as the stock ones if you want them to pass inspection. they usually just check to make sure what you have works, and then you'll get pulled over by a cop later if he thinks they are illegal.
