lights don't turn on!

Okay, so i have a 1989 240sx coupe, with pop up headlights, they have always been working untill a night it was snowing, i don't see how they could of just stopped working after that night..

but, they do randomly turn on if i mess with the switch a little bit, like by moving it from brights to non-brights really fast..

but another thing is, when i first got the car the blue light in the cluster never came on when i would put the switch to brights, and also my lights would never go "bright".. i dunno if its due to the my lights..

but my guess is maybe its a bad relay? switch? or maybe bad ground?

im not really sure to trouble shooot this..

ohh sweet, thanks man, yeah maybe its a bad ground, i looked above the driver side wheel and the wire harness is undamaged, but **** maybe it is the switch, i took it apart and cleaned it but **** i guess i'lll just try another switch from my friends car
