Lights anyone?

Ok, I was just wondering if anyone has had this same problem, cuz its happened to me like 4 times already, but my light on the headliner of my Versa will be on and then just shut off if i move the switch to the door or just on, it stays off. If so, what the heck is it?

I'm not sure that I understand what you are trying to say. This is what I think you are saying:

When the dome light is in the 'off' (center) position it lights up. But when you have it in either the 'door' or the 'on' positions the light will stay off even if the door opens.

Is that right?

What im saying is it can be on and then it will suddenly turn off. Then it won't turn back on till it wants too

This was mentioned a long while back, and it's just that the "switch" is only a strip of metal moving between several contacts. It can get dirty or corroded, and if you just switch it from one end to the other several times it can clean it and make it work better. If the strip is bent, it's a different story...
